Tillery Labradoodles
Sixteen working pages for a small labradoodle breeder, led by kind words from families, with a separate sign-up for every litter on the way.
Stanly County seatEst. 1857
Hand-coded websites, search work and Google profile help for the shops, trades, clinics and service companies of Albemarle. Quick on a phone, plain about what you do, and set up so a search ends in a phone call.

The specimen drawer
Start with whichever one hurts most and add the rest when it makes sense. It all comes from one small shop, and the same person answers every call.
Why stone
Geologists call the old volcanic layers east of town the Albemarle Group, part of the Carolina Slate Belt, laid down around 550 million years ago. We borrow the idea. A business site should be dense and hard to break: no stack of third-party add-ons, no database waiting to fail, just pages that load fast and keep loading.
That is how every Albemarle website we build is put together, and it's why our hosting stays cheap and calm.
Albemarle, read bottom-up
Like any rock face, the newest layer sits on top. Start at the bottom with a country store and work your way up to a downtown on the National Register.
Albemarle still sits on a crossroads: US 52 and NC 24/27 meet in town, and it marks the eastern edge of the Charlotte metro. People here search from the Market Street farmers market, from the lake roads and from every town in the county. Our local SEO work starts from that map.
The Downtown Albemarle Historic District is listed, covering 20 contributing buildings put up between about 1898 and 1950.
The National Trust for Historic Preservation gives downtown Albemarle the title.
NC 24/27 becomes the first paved highway leading out of town.
Efird Manufacturing opens its first Albemarle mill, with Wiscassett close behind. Textiles take over from cotton fields and a brief Uwharrie gold rush.
The Yadkin Railroad starts service. The Winston-Salem Southbound builds its own line through in 1911.
Albemarle becomes a town, named for the old Albemarle County and, through it, for the Duke of Albemarle.
Stanly County splits from Montgomery. Nehemiah Hearne's heirs give 51 acres for the county seat, and a courthouse rises in 1842.
A post office opens where the Fayetteville-to-Salisbury turnpike crossed the Charlotte-to-Raleigh stage road.

How a site gets laid down
First layer
A half-hour call about what you sell, where you work and which jobs pay best. Roger shares what he spotted on your current site and listing.
Second layer
A page list shaped around real searches in and around Albemarle, plus where your reviews, photos and licenses should sit on each page.
Third layer
Writing, design and hand-typed code. Every form is sent for real from the live server before a draft ever reaches you.
Top layer
You approve it, it goes live, and after that a change is one text or email away.
Price, split open
Three sizes, a fixed build fee and a monthly hosting charge that matches the size. Search work is the one thing we price after looking at your market.

Before you call
It's about 47 miles, roughly an hour and a quarter by car, so we won't pretend to have a desk on Main Street. Almost all of the work runs by phone, email and screen share, and Roger makes the drive when sitting across a table would actually help.
A Starter build is usually up in about a week, Growth in about two and Custom in about three. The thing that moves the date most is how fast photos and feedback come back.
You do. The domain, the words, the pictures and the pages belong to the business. We host it so it stays quick and secure, and it leaves with you if you ever want it to.
No. Every page is written by hand in plain code, which means no admin panel for strangers to guess at and nothing bloated slowing it down on a phone.
